This book is like a small dictionary for children. The author relates words like cooperate, patient, fair, loyal, envy, and regret to different experiences with cookies. Example: You have to be patient when baking cookies. If you eat too many cookies you will regret doing so.

This is a good way to teach children what “big” words mean. All children enjoy eating cookies so the author had a good idea when she decided to relate the words to cookies!
