Junie B. becomes inspired to cut her own hair. Junie B. does not do a professional job cutting her hair and is afraid to show her parents how it turned out. Junie B. ends up having to go to the beauty shop again in order to get her hair fixed!

This is another one of my favorite books! My parents have pictures of me when I was little and I had cut my own hair. Barbra Park does a really good job writing a story about a common thing that all kids do at one time or another. Children become fascinated with scissors and want to cut everything they can. The book is very comical and is a quick read.
