This is another one of my favorite books! My parents have pictures of me when I was little and I had cut my own hair. Barbra Park does a really good job writing a story about a common thing that all kids do at one time or another. Children become fascinated with scissors and want to cut everything they can. The book is very comical and is a quick read.

Junie B. Jones is such a fun character to read about. She is just like a typical kindergartner and she is always getting into trouble. Her adventures are comical! Children will enjoy this book because most children enjoy going to slumber parties and again, this is something they can relate to.
